Request Account Deletion
If you use the MiCA Health Record app and would like to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using the form below or by emailing mica@schoolofantenatal.com.
Please include the email address associated with your MiCA Health Record account so that we can verify your request.
What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete your MiCA Health Record account and the personal and health information associated with that account, subject to any information we may be legally required to retain.
What happens after you request deletion
We may contact you to verify that you are the account holder. Once your request has been verified, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data.
Information that may be retained
Where we are legally required to retain certain information, that information will be retained only for the required period and will not be used for purposes other than those permitted by law.
